My kinda-spoopy (maybe like 25% spooky, mostly vibe-y) thing for the NG Halloween Spooktacular 2024. Having it feel full on spooky was never my purpose when making this track, so if it doesn't feel very spooky, then that's intentional (So many spoopies and spookies in so few sentences. This really is October). Track breakdown and usage policy is below:

TRACK BREAKDOWN:

128 BPM high energy Complextro/Electro hybrid written in D# minor. For some reason, I now have some sort of an addiction to making house-y stuff now. I've been corrupted lmao (but I'm definitely going back to trance centered stuff after this). I'd like to think that this is very different from how I usually make my songs, since at times, it takes on more of an orchestral tone, and most of the time, it's just full on electronic.

Uses the EXACT SAME chord progressions from my songs "Supernatural Stampede," and "Return" (Second time I've taken the chord progression from Return. Damn. I think I did a good job on that one, eh?) but in reverse order for the former. Which begs the question: Would it be considered theft if I stole from myself? Idk. So chord wise, mostly unoriginal, but melody wise, somewhat inspired by 2010s EDM. This probably has some of my favorite melodies ngl. Also, the chord progressions might become stale, so that's why I incorporated more variety into the melodies, rather than the chords.

I also took some inspo from "Binary", which was made by osmium and myself. The inspiration in question was mainly taking into account how each section of the song is laid out. Only differences are I have a calmer intro that progresses into the complextro nitty-gritty shit. I also have a cooldown into a predrop after my first drop. Additionally, this is a longer song, and I made all of this, rather than 2 people. So yeah. Most pieces of inspiration for this piece come from projects made by myself or ones which I contributed to. Wow. Never thought I'd see the day.

Also, nothing in this song is 100% perfect, so feedback on what could be changed would be appreciated in the comments is appreciated. As always, happy listening.

For general usage, honestly, use this for whatever you want. I generally don't really care (if what you're using it for involves anything sexually suggestive though, then consider this off limits). As long as you give credit to me and you link this song to your work, or however that thing goes. I'd like to see what you'll come up with, if you do come up with anything.
