Ingredients/recipe - Fried Chicken
800 g. chicken thigh
300 g. all-purpose flour
50 g. rice flour
Water
1 tsp. Chicken powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. pepper

Fried Chicken
2 1/3 tbsp. lime juice
2 tbsp. fish sauce
2/3 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tbsp. roasted chilli
1 tbsp. roasted rice
Red onion
Green spring onions
Coriander / Cilantro

NOTE: this is not a copy of the chicken spices – this is a good fried chicken!
