This is my go to method for perfect chips every time, which are soaked, dried, lightly oiled, and air fried until crisp outside, fluffy and tender inside—mimicking proper chippy chips but made effortlessly in the Cosori Dual Blaze twin fry air fryer. Great with fish, steak, or on their own with salt and vinegar.

Ingredients (serves 2–3)
• Potatoes (Maris Piper or Russet) 500g | 1.1 lb | 3 medium. They say, I say any potatoes chip!
• Salt (for soaking water): ½ tsp | 3g
• Oil (vegetable or light olive): 2 tsp | 10ml | 10g
• Optional seasoning: garlic powder, smoked paprika, vinegar salt, etc.
Preheat your Cosori to 200°C (392°F) for 3 minutes.
Air fry at 200°C (392°F) for:
• 15–20 minutes for thinner fries
• 20–25 minutes for chunky chips
Shake or turn halfway through for even crisping.
