Swing Girls, a 2004 Japanese teen comedy, tells the story of delinquent high school girls who stumble into an unexpected adventure.

Storyline：
To skip summer school math, they hatch a plan to join the school's ailing brass band, hoping it'll be an easy way out. However, their scheme backfires when they end up replacing the entire band! The problem? None of them have any musical experience. Faced with instruments they barely recognize, the girls must overcome their shortcomings and learn to play together.

Their journey is messy, filled with hilarious blunders and clashes of personality. But under the guidance of a dedicated (and slightly exasperated) teacher, they slowly begin to find their rhythm. As their musical skills progress, a sense of camaraderie develops. They discover a passion for swing music they never knew existed.

Their newfound dedication leads them to a crazy goal: competing in a national big band competition! Facing seasoned competitors, the girls must overcome doubts and stage fright to prove their talent.
